Cast off from Colchester Harbour for a day of fantastic fishing. The fish are always biting at the "Walleye Capital of Canada," so grab your license and your gear and head out to some of the best fishing grounds on Lake Erie. Yellow perch and pickerel (walleye) are the big catches, but you might also snag some small-mouth bass near the old Colchester Reef Lighthouse.

Need bait? The Town of Essex operates a bait shop that offers worms, minnows, and artificial bait. It's open every day during the season.
